3. Job Postings and Content
Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job postings. Job descriptions must comply with all applicable local, state, and national labor laws. We prohibit the posting of:
- Roles that require a fee or "investment" from the candidate.
- Discriminatory or offensive content.
- Misleading or vague job descriptions intended to collect resumes for other purposes.
We reserve the right to remove any job posting at our sole discretion without refund (if applicable) or prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability
JobList acts merely as a venue connecting candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment, nor do we guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the jobs advertised. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
